Meet Chef ija | #1



Assalamualaikum brothers and sisters ^_^
hari ni jum kita main masak2! yei! before that. since i a bit busy with all kind of test,quiz, assignment, tuto, projek and blablabla so saya tak sempat la nak curi masa saya dengan meng'update' belog ni kan. now, saya curi masa saya sekejap je just nak update belog cerita pasal saya main masak2 this weekend! weeeewuuuuuuuuuu! saya masak sorang2 tau. roomate xda. blek umah. huhu. nevermind.

haritu kan my parent datang melawat saya memandatangkan saya dah lama xbalek umah becoz of my test and all that worse things, so mereka decided nak datang utp. :) then jalan2. tapi bukan nak cerita pasal dorang datang utp or jalan2. nak cerita pasal my mom belikan rice cooker masa jalan2 on that day.

so, since i da ada rice cooker. i mula la berjimat cermat xbeli makanan kat kafe and masak lah sendiri. so asal weekend je i memang xkuar g makan kecuali lah busy or what ke kan. and this weekend i had tried on recipe sup telur perisa or perasa TOMYAM! recipe reka sendiri au au au. sedap weyh. sedap la kot. ntah la. tanya kepala angin saya >>incik kepala angin sedap x sy masak?? maloi: ha sedap! sedap sangat! heee (dialog reka sendiri) c(:

first thing u need all this things and ingredients:

1. rice cooker. (aku duk hostel so aku pkai rice cooker. ko duk umah suka hati nak masak pkai apa ok.)

2. air. (berapa leter suka hati ikut kemampuan perut)

3. penambah perisa/perasa (aku guna secukup rasa maggi tuh. ko duk umah guna garam n aji da lah)

4. kiub pati tomyam. (kalo nak rasa tomyam lah)

5. telur.

cara2 yer:

1. panas kan air.

2. bila air da panas, masukkan kiub pati tomyam.

3. kacau dan leave it for a while. (about 3-2 minutes)

4. then masukkan panambah perisa or perasa. kacau.

5. masukkan telur dan biarkan 5-6 minutes. (jangan kacau sebab nanti telur tu hancur)

6. finally, serve it with rice and bebola chicken ayamas. yeah.

simple kan. selamat mencuba kawan2 ^_^
